Do you stand in queue to reserve a ticket or give it to agents?

Nowadays people have less time and more money. I see that whenever I stand in any counter for trains or buses in queue to get a ticket lots of agents are involved in taking tickets the general people get late for them. This is just disturbing. Agents take high money from their clients for ticket booking and also make late to others. Do you stand in a queue to book your ticket or give it to agents?

Most of the queue system have lost significance in the wake of opening of branches, giving out this work to franchaisees and even carryout out through internet. Therefore I hardly have to stand in queue for anything.
