I cant spend my paypal money.Please help me..

I'm not sure how to help you since I dont know what errors you are getting. If your account has a balance, you should be able to use your money. Is the problem on the paypal sight, or with the company you are buying the domain from? If on paypal, maybe you should contact their customer support. I would also make sure that the domain company you are purchasing from is legit and doesn't have any complaints from paypal because maybe they are blocked from them or something. I have no idea.
