About relationship.....

If you are unsure of what kind of relationship between someone you just know and kind of interested in will you ask him/her straight that," what are your relationship to him/her?" or just confess that you like them risking of lossing them etc?

I dont know what I would do. I think if I liked someone than I might say something but I would worry about losing them. I guess you would have to see how close of a relationship that you have with that person is. If you are close you might have the same reaction from them. They might like you and be afraid to say something to you.
