Did you heart bit with the sounds of your life?

Something you may say confusing. Some can go through. Just clarifying - We people do many thing which we don't like or donot even think or something our inner mind did just oppose. I think the person is always successful who always does the work for which his heart says yes. That's we call work whole heartedly hearing the sounds of your life. Do you believe this? I always do what my inner heart agrees to do?
