Tomorrow is my last day of work!! Next Saturday I will be loading up and hitting the road to move back to Oklahoma. I am so ready. I have a job out there that is waiting for me and can't wait to see some old friends. Not to mention my mom and grandpa. I can't wait to live the country lifestyle again. This city stuff is for the birds. I mean, I grew up in Southern California, but when I moved to Oklahoma originally I really became a country girl. When I moved back here last year I really didn't think it would be such a difference, but it really did. I realized that I can't live this fast paced, everybody has to be rich lifestyle. I am so excited!!!!

That sounds wonderful. I really wish I could move. I just wouldn't know where to go, Indiana is the only place I've lived. i do have lots of family all over the country. I had thought about moving with one of them if I were to get a job somewhere until I got on my feet. But congratulations! It's nothing like moving somewhere you want to be. good luck.

Hello Jchampany, Congratulations on your move! I'm excited for you, as I share your opinion of city living. Once one is bitten by the country bug, it's very difficult to surrender to city dwelling -- ever again. I'm reminded of the old t.v. show "Green Acres". Although it was a very funny show, the point was not lost that fresh air, wide-open spaces, and a more down-to-Earth lifestyle is very, very appealing. I wish you and your family great adventures, happy familial re-kindling, and a wonderful life in your new home.

Congratulations on getting back to what you want. I hope you aren't disappointed in it (not sure how much things might have changed while you were away). Good luck, be safe, and write us a travelogue of the move.
