ptr, ptp, are these scams or what? how to make real money with them?

For the past two weeks i have been actually burning up my mouse clicking in these sites trying to just make a buck. Is it all worth it. I am calling on anyone who can shed some kind of light to this world and maybe guide me through this complicated process of making honest money without it being scams. I have signed up to over a zillion survey websites, ptr and ptp websites and still i think i've only made about $2.50. Out of over probably 200 websites the only one that has by far paid me and sends me ligitimate making emails is shared mails.
