Psychologists have used numerious facts to bear out the claim that in order to recover quickly from negative emotion you should allow yourself to cry.
You don't have to be shamed of crying.Anxiety and sorrow can flow out the body along with tears.
Maybe it has saved many lives.

Crying is perhaps the easiest and fastest way to release emotional pain, but unfortunately it has become socially unacceptable for both men and women to cry in public. We are already aware of all the social stigmas attached with those who cry in public but what most people are not aware of is the new scientific studies that actually prove tears caused from 'emotional crying' carry toxins not normally found in the tear created to simply moisten the eye.

It depends. If an individual feels like crying over anything, then he or she should cry to release the emotion. But there are people who can face whatever without tears, everything is psychological and emotional, and it depends how objective we are to face anything. Tears cannot solve the actual problem.

I find that when I cry it helps relieve all the tension and stress that has built up inside me. I used to hold everything in and then every once in awhile it all was too overwhelming and I would start crying and crying..We need to cry because it is healthy and I am not ashamed to cry...It is an emotion that God has given us to cleanse our souls..
