there is a saying,'how do you eat a cake the size of an elephant?'the answer ia simple 'one bite at a time ."I knowproverty is still a problem in every corner of the earth .The truth is,for most people seeing poverty on television is sad ,but being approached or even witnessing proverty is uncomfortable. But the quetion is, how do i help?what can i do for that? whenever i see a poor,i always feel so sad.Buti know that i cannot solve these problem alone. When i feel like i'm unable to do anything about it,instead of doing nothing, the least i can do is thell the story and share my experiences so that others my know.i want to give the poorman money ,but i'm not a rich person .i only a student ,a girl who must ask for money.help ,so many things from my parents.i like reading.so i know 'Mother Teresa--Angle of mercy 'she said:i choose the poverty of our poor people. But i am grateful to receive in the name of the hungry, the naked, the homless,of the bild,of the lepers,of all those people who feel unwanted, unloved ,uncared-for thoughout society, people that have become a buden to the society and are shunned by everyone.'i know she is a great woman.

Ni hao xiaojie. There will always be poor people always have been always will be. We were put on this earth to help each other. It's good to hear you care about your fellow man especially the less fortunate. As one person with limited resources you can only do so much, but you CAN do something. I believe even if you only help one person you are still helping and maybe because of you that person will help another and that one will help someone else so even if you think it won't have an effect you never know.
How can you help was your question. You can get involved with your community, volunteer to teach poor children or poor adults to read. Volunteer at a soup kitchen or homeless shelter. Get involved with organizations who support your causes. You may not be able to give a lot of money but your time and your experience can be just as valuable.

ye,i know.thank you for your answer.i will do my best to help others.but what do you think of the poverty?.i think themore you have, the more you are occupied, the less you give. The less you have the more free you are.proverty for somebody is a freedom. It is joyful freedom.like a begger,he doesn't have television ,no this ,no that.but he is perfectly happy.so he is also a rich person, richer than many people.so many people only want to earn more money, then they forget enjoy themsleves life.in this way ,they are also a poor man ,in spirit.

Yes I agree that the more stuff you have the more controlled by it you are. You have to worry about maintaining, cleaning, storing, insuring you items. We have so much stuff that we have to build extra buildings just to store it all. I myself amd trying to live with less and be happy with it because materials things can be nice to have but when you can't even walk through your house because you have boxes up to the ceiling filled with junk that gets a bit ridiculous.
