Paypal to MB and viceversa

If someone asked you to send them an amount of money in his / her MB account and they'd sent the same amount on money on your paypal account, would you do it?
How would you know to trust that person?

sincerely i don't know if i can trust so much an unknown person so better won't do this.ihave paypal but can't use the moey in it cause the account must be verified and it is so complicated.i have moneybookers and e-gold.don't know how to get my money from e-gold and on moneybookers i need more to cash out in my bank account
