Receive payment

Does anyone know any online system such as paypal that can receive payment without the need of a credit card? I have joined a few online money making sites and they have paid to my paypal account. But I cannot receive the money. Whenever I press accept, Paypal orders me to input my bank account details and credit card details. I don't have any credit card and its not worth it, for me, to get one because they charge a lot. By the way, I'm in Malaysia so I hope any system you tell me can be used in Malaysia. I'm thinking of using e-gold but I don't know if they need a credit card to accept money. I do not intend to withdraw any of my money online. The most I would is just buy stuff with whatever I have.

Actually you dont need to add your bank account number or credit card number unless you wish for a payment.May be you are looking at th eh top left only after you have entered your information.Check out at the right bottom ,may u find some guide lines. get to the habbit of marking best response here.

THere is moneybrookers and sfi pay which are still smaller when compared to paypal and e-gold but also not widely accepted in many sites too.
