Do you keep a first aid box? What kind of essential medications are there in your box/ I keep the emergeny medication like: some banded, bandage, lotion or spray to put o cuts, burn etc and a few medicine for headache, flu or pain. It is same if you do not have a box but just a fixed place or drawer where you keep all the emergency medication together so that you can get it handy in case. I do it for that reason.

I think everyone should have one in their home. BUT I'm ashamed to say I don't have one. I should...but i don't.

You know I dont. Ever since we moved I never made a new one up. because the old one I just threw it out. It really needed to be replaced. So I thankyou for reminding me. I will put that on my list of supplys to get a walmart run.LOL

Yes I have a plastic make up box, that I converted into a first aid box many years ago. Everything from ipecac, Band-Aids, anti-itch cream, Tylenol, ointment for cuts and many other things, in there. It's a box that stays in the top of the kitchen cabinet till needed, that we grab when taking road trips. I love it and it's so convenient to know exactly where all this stuff is and can be taken at anytime with us.
I started the first year I had my daughter. She was a sick baby and she had many medications that she needed to take, even when we had to leave home. So I tossed everything in this box along with directions on how to use, incase I was not present when she needed them. Over the years and as things were needed, I added more and more to it. Now it's a full fledge First Aid kit.

Hi cmsk2005! Yes, I do have a first aid box at home. I do have some mixed plasters(fabric, cushiones, hypoallergenic, anitseptic pad), some medicines for headache, diarrhea, pain, flu, etc. I also keep lotion, spray, irrigation solution for cuts, wounds, burns. I guess there are still something that I lack but I hope to get them soon. I have my medicine box in the bathroom. Take care and have a nice day!

I have a box where in I have kept all the medicines needed during emergency. The same which you have mentioned. A box or a fixed place, both mean the same. What matters is you get the right thing at the right time.

when I was a child in our house my parents always keep on two first aid boxes. they know me :) i broked my leg 2 times, my arm 4 times and some of my fingers 8 times so lot! I was a bad child. But now, when I moved from parents I have no first-aid box and nothing first aid stuff. I think it isn't the best choice but I don't need this I think.
