Create forums for Webpage

The best way would be to download some forum software and install it on your website. My favorite software of that type is phpbb. It is easy to use, easy to administrate, has plenty of features, free, and easily modifiable. Go to www.phpbb.com to get it. (I use version 2, since none of my sites are new enough to have been originally installed with 3, and I don't want to take the trouble to upgrade them.)

Best ever Mods, Best ever Forum skins o themes or templates or what ever people call. More over its totally Free. And Another free Forum Package is SMF. I done o muc wt it since Phpbb rocks than even paid forum packages
