it is a wonderful qoute indeed but i would suggest that you don't think of it too much. love as if you've never been hurt and act as if it were impossible to fail. just go on with your life as it is , if you love the person, it should be unconditional.

i don't agree with you can never force your partner to be faithful in the same way that a normal relationship should be i believe you want to be faithful in your relationship that is true love and it can be done it is your true commitment to one another

you are so very right. we have to learn to accept any relationship with the tags it comes then only it will survive. But, i guess, its really tough to trust someone who is open to distrustful activities repeatedly. Love is strange..you can't help it when it has to happen. Thanks for sharing.

A nice quote but a bit one sided though because it seems that it condones unfaithfulness. However, when you really love a person you just cannot let go easily despite the unfaithfulness of that person because you still love him/her. So just have to do what this quote says.

yes its a very good quote. There is no assurance in everything... what you have now doesnt mean you'll be holding on for the rest of your life. The world change and so is its people. Your beliefs now may change tomorrow... you cant expect other people to act on normal standard just because you know that thats the way it should be. There are times that things happen and we cant explain why. we cant expect life to be fair always. So we better enjoy the things taht we have while it is there. Love is something that would cause both pain and happiness. The important thing that we should know is to handle every situation with great understanding as much as possible. There is no re;lationshjip made in heaven... meaning life and relationship have ups and down and you must accept taht its a package when you enter a relationship. There is nothing you can do about it. You must face it and be ready when it arrives. Make the relationship work till the end but if the time comes taht you cant do anything about it...at least you have done your part... You wont go wrong by being at your best always...

" I'm not sure I fully understand this line - what does that mean - in the same way a normal relationship should be. I agree though, you can't force your partner to be anything, if they're going to be unfaithful there's nothing you can do. I think if you don't trust your partner, either your intuition is speaking to you and you should leave, or your letting your own insecurtities and past distrust maybe from childhood rule your heart and your head and again - you should leave the relationship - both situations are poisen - I think trust is a corners stone to a good relationship and without it - the foundation slips. I agree with to get hurt is what we bargain when we choose to love".. Hopefully your partner never hurts you consciously or willingly - however I believe in everything, including relationships we should be warriour. Warriors are brave and strong and what takes more courage or strength then allowing ourselves to be vulnerable - which is exactly what we do when we open ourselves fully and give of ourselves freely.
