Can you earn when you upload photos?

I try it once before.And we do earn money by upload an image. I try to upload 1 image and i got few cents in next morning. I try about 3 images and i got more few cents in next morning. And that time i did not post any discussion or making any discussion, merely just upload pictures. So, I convince that you will earn money by posting pictures.
