I Hate Dial-Up - a General Post on Life

Oh great, I guess because my rating is not over 500, I can't copy and paste my articles. I'm not trying to spam or scam this site, I swear to Goddess! It is going to be awfully hard for me to just re-write everything. I guess I have to work on getting my rating up there before I can really start to make this site pay off for me! Off I go to look for ways to UP that rating score!
If anyone is in need of a friend or connection, please let me know!

It does seem to take forever to get to that 500 rating when on dial up, doesn't it? I know as I am on dial-up and it seemed to take forever. Though with a little patience and a lot of persistence you can get there before you know it. Good luck!

You're right - dial-up is such a pain in the butt AND it makes getting to 500 really difficult. I should spend more time on this site trying to get my rating up, but I'm addicted to gather. Are you a member of gather?
Shoot, I just tried to copy and paste a link to gather but WOOPS, my rating is still under 500 and I can't! DOH!

Have you tried uploading images to your interest area? That will up your earnings by about 15 cents a day and also you can upload images to discussions. Goos luck and welcome to mylot!

Really, I had no idea that uploading images would help my earnings! I will do that in a little while! I've spent so much time on my gather, that I've neglected mylot!

hello there Celest.welcome to mylot..and please done feel too discouraged,,after you get the hang of things you will get your own system,and get faster and faster,,and before you know it you wont even think much abotu copy and pasting..most of my discussions..not all..i admit i have doen it several times..but most are all mine..just use day to day things that happen to you and y our family..friends..children if u have any..or even watch the news and get some great topics..it will be ok..after a few weeks heres i was doing great and makin my mthly earnings..and i know you can too..just try not to get too discouraged,,and if u ever need anything u can just ask if u like..take care!
