What are the Benefits of TRUE Worship

I'm having so much trouble understanding the difference between praise & worship. I love praising God, but when it comes to worship I just don't feel free and it causes silence. My pastor says worship is contagious...how can we get that fire started when everyone is such a babe when it comes to TRUE worship?Well what is true worship exactly? Can this dilema be the cause of the Jezebel Spirit permeating service?How can I become a true worshipper and what are the benefits?

True worship is hen we be able to give God that time and the effort that we give for God, theres so much joy and you can really feel God working and touching your heart and calming you.
