how an foreign person to learn Chinese well

the best way is to get help from a local person, so the key point is to find such a person who can continually talk with you . You discuss with him/her, and then try to find your way to learn and practice Chinese.

i think chinese is very easy for local people,But it's very hard for an foreign person.i think U can make practice with yourself and your friends in chinese.U can make friends with chinese people,like me:-)
in English,there are A B C...... In chinese there are a b c..... there are difference between them.(???)
