Earning and withdraw information

Hi, I saw on my earning page this message: at my country paypal is not avaiable and please upload your moneybookers account info. it's OK i have moneybookers account but when I try to update my earnings profile i can't find anything where can I add my moneybookers info (i think that's because when I registered I choosed paypal) there's just only an input text field called 'paypal email adress' So what can I do? And anyway other systems accepts paypal for users who are from Hungary.
