what do will do when you dont have money to celebrate your birthday

Hi binny29! Oh that is kinda difficult especially when treating my family on my birthday is what really makes me happy on that special day! However, if I am in that kind of situation, I will spend the day by first going to mass to give thanks for another year in my life and for the years that I was blessed. Then I will spend the day with my hubby watching home videos and have my nieces and nephews to come and join me at our home so we can at least play some of their favorite games. Whatever food that I have in the fridge, I am going to prepare and cook so we can at least have a hearty meal together. Take care and have a nice day!

If I don't have money to celebrate my birthday, it will not be a big deal to me at all. I have 2 wonderful children that need more stuff than I do. I just hope that I am able to spend my birthday with the people I love the most, and that we have fun together. That is what's most important. I'm usually good in dealing in situations where I don't get anything (like for birthdays or anniversaries) because I know there's more important stuff that needs to be taken care of by the money my husband and I earn (like bills, rent, diapers, etc.). I think that if I don't get anything for my birthday this year I will handle like a mature adult should...after all, I'm not 10 years old.
