how do you try to make extramoney?

now, i have to work over time,and everyday, i spend 8 hours online to make money, but i still earn too little. and i know i have to pay more attention to increase referrals. but it is hard to increase too many referrals. some people who are interested in making money online are already members of some sites that i joined and the new sites they don't want to join in, because there are too many scams online now. besides, i have no other good ways. do you have other good ideas?
