Simple! Look for the solution. Find people who had similar difficulties and find out how they over-came them. Get facts not opinions.

Thanks for your answer first,but the situationsof different people are also different.his methods may not be suitable for you,so it's not so simple.

Sort and Solve System. First I will identify the caused of the problem. List it down(sorting) and solve one by one. Sometimes when we have difficulties or problems it is very hard for us to overcome all of it at one time. You know why? our weakness as human, we like to view any problem as a WHOLE of it and fails to go deeply into parts of it.
