I love doing yoga. I think it helps me stretch and relax my body. I have noticed a real difference since I began doing it a few weeks ago. My thighs and buns seem more tones, and really I am losing that little belly pouch some of us women have.

I tried yoga as best I could one day and only for a short time but I felt very different afterwards. I felt happy and energized. Now I'm going through books and the internet and gathering a bunch of poses to do. I have poses all over my wall,some of them are very odd and some I can't even do...yet!
