Well said. These are things people should keep in mind, in the context you stated them (amongst other issues). Bill and Hillary Clinton seem to be more concerned with Bill and Hillary Clinton than they are with the United States, IMO.

Hello Lady_Justice,
If I may, I'd really like to ask why it's exciting to have a woman run for US President. I'm a woman, and I don't get it. Shouldn't gender be beside the issue, just as race should be beside the issue?
Honestly, I am not baiting you. I have heard so many women express support for Hillary simply because she is a woman. And, I find that shocking. So, I'd really like to understand.

It is exciting having a woman running for president, isn't it? :o)
I just don't think Hillary Clinton is the right woman, IMO.

I agree! Don't get me wrong, I would love for the next well-qualified president to happen to be a woman. But that shouldn't be the basis of our decision.

Hello LadyDulce,
I would have to abstain from your choice. Neither is acceptable to me, because history doesn't lie.
Wherever either of them goes, scandal is sure to follow. It doesn't make sense to me to give either of them the opportunity to subject the American People to any further scandals. I wonder if more people will share my exhaustion with these two when the courts rule on their most recent 'Hsu' and 'Peter Paul' scandals.

Hello LadyDulce,
If only Ms. Rice would run, she'd have my vote in a New York minute! Who's better qualified than a National Security Advisor, AND a Secretary of State. Talk about covering the bases, foreign & domestic -- whew!
I do believe that if the media actually covered the Peter Paul 'fraud by Clinton' civil case, that the American people would ban both the Clinton's from ever holding political office again. Of course, they've skirted so many scandals, I'm left just shaking my head. I will admit that I sometimes wonder one or both of them may have signed a pack somewhere in The Crossroads.

I choose neither. If I had to choose one, I guess it would have to be Bill Clinton. I don't think he is QUITE as ambitious and dangerous as Hillary is.
I just hope we don't have a lot of voters voting for the wrong reason this election. Let's not elect people "just because"... just because she's a woman, or someone else just because he's a particular race or ethnicity, or just because he or she is from the favored party. Let's get informed on the issues and vote for the candidate that has America's interests -instead of their own- at heart.

True; a lot of people didn't vote FOR Bush, they voted against Kerry (can't blame them).
