I never perform "men's work" as my husband never allows me to do one. What about you? How often do you perform "men's work"? What "men's work"?

hhhm I guess I'm curious to know what you think "men's work" is? If to you "men's work" is doing things like hard labour, yard work, heavy lifting, protecting the house/family etc etc then ya I do and see no reason why I shouldnt....I'm not a frail, feeble woman...I've been taking care of me for yrs and the LAST thing I need is some man to do it for me on any level ya know...

Well, I don't really consider much to be "men's work" (except him protecting us, or lugging heavy stuff), but there are just things that I refuse to do. I refuse to pick up dog mess in the yard, I usually refuse to take out the trash because it stinks and I'm pregnant, but I'd rather it smell outside than in the house because he doesn't get home from work til after noon. I refuse to cut grass, but I will work in the flower beds. I refuse to make night time trips to the grocery store (and he doesn't like me to anyway).
