Any suggestions for getting active referrals for programs??

I am trying to get some good referalls who are willing to invest just 10-20 minutes a day in one of my programs. Do you all know any good resources for this?

Hi there. Im actually looking and asking for ways to get active referrals, for this site and a couple of others, so I thought Id come in and post, and see if you got any response... Good luck bud... I'll keep checking back...
