while some people prefer shopping, spoiling theirselves, going to the spa as a way for them to relieve from their daily stress in their lives, i for one prefer swimming. the lap of the water, the fresh air gives me freedom from the stressful world feeling unmindful from those around me. im just on my own. feeling myself, not remembering my problems, my troubles, it makes me want to simply stay there forever and not return to the real world. do u agree? ^_^

Yea i agree with you... I don't swim but i do take long baths as my stress reliever. Warm shower eases me or sometimes i like it cold to awaken my body.

bluishrose -- yup its nice though wherever u do it. only i dont have my own bathroom to indulge the pleasure of simply staying there for a long time. for one i have many loud brothers and sisters that would destroy the atmosphere of relaxaton. hehehehe =)
lpetges -- wow ur a lucky person to own a pool! sigh..if i could have one wish that is to have my own pool ^_^ that way i dont have to splurge money to spend on swimming =) and i can go swimming anytime...how relaxing can it be..hmmm..

What you say is so true. When I am in the water and just swimming, stress just fades away and everything becomes an iridescent blur of light, water, and waves. Its so simple, yet so complex how we just lose sight of all the problems about us and just keep swimming, back and forth.

you should try learning its not that hard. i for one simply learned through my bf's assistance and would u believe that i learned late? specifically at the age of 22? hehehe but after i learned i become addicted and has also become my outlet to stress =)
yah spa is very expensive whereas swimming is very affordable! i prefer pools near the beach though =)
