5 years of imprisonment for killing an endangered specie is nothing but harsh and incorrect law.Its all happening because of his celebrity status. Indian law which keeps sleeping for years and centuries and gives judgements which holds no value because there is some other act or sections to cancel it, it is somehow becoming very active to punish such minor acts.
