Has anyone dealt with "crazy ants"

They are driving me crazy. My yard is full of them and I keep getting them in my house. The pest people spray - and they come right back. They seem to have no purpose - are not interested in food or water inside - and just roam around annoying me. Has anyone here ever had any success in getting rid of them? For those of you that might have seen them, but do not know what they are... they are small, black, and have long antennas - and they just sorta roam around doing nothing. Not sugar ants.
