What's the prices in Philippines?

If I want to look around at Philippines I just want to know the food's, travelling, etc. prices. Can you help me about this? So I thought simple things e.g. in food: bread, milk, cheese; travelling: with train, bus, taxi; so for a simple person what costs 1 month living there? (min-max).

I had a mind to visit Philippines specially Manila, Cebu City and Angels City. I had a friend in Angels city but she is not traceable now in mylot. I phoned her but unfortunately did not saved in my mobile and the message in mylot I deleted. Filipino are very hospitable, so I am looking for a good Filipino friend from a good family who can guide my trips to Philippines during Nov. 2007
