Group policies are not getting updated on one machine in the network.

We have a windows 2000 network in our office with Windows 2000 clients and 2000 server as Domain Controller.
The problem is that some days back, I implemented few policies for users through GPO. The policies are in effect on all the machines except one.
Please someone help me on this...
