Dude, This requires you to complete an offer ( get a subscription or buy something ) as well as get someone else to do the same. They also ask for your email & password. If their not stealing your runescape account their using your email to spam people. Not to mention how are you assured that you'll ever get your runescape gold? Its illegal to trade gp in this fashion so if they don't deliver what will you do?

This is still illegel & I'm sure their leaving an evidence trail. First off I bet their using bots to make the gp which is illegal & jagex can track. Then their trading gp for stuff offline which jagex can also track.
Do you really want to go through all this to buy some expensive runescape items just to have them completely lost when jagex bans your character?
I've spent years developing my characters skills & I'm not going to risk him for a few gp.
By supporting these groups your also fueling the very bots that we have to compete aginst in the game.

this is probably a scam. i have tried something like this before and it dosent work. and i quit runescape not to long ago and started too play word of war craft and guild wars! There really fun games, some of you guys should try it out.
