How do you often eating noodle?

I too can survive for a year without eating noodles but just the same i try to stock some because on very rare instances when i'm feeling hungry at an ungodly hour of the night instant noddles would be the quickest solution to that. I don't eat instant noodles much often as it has high sodium content that's bad for our health. I just really eat it as an instant and desperate rememdy to hunger.

I always have stock of noodles on my cabinet in the office! I eat it everyday!

Months would go without me eating any noodles. I just don't find them healthy. I would rather opt eating out at cheap eating stands and eat those bitter ampalaya viands that cost just the same than have noodles everyday.
