problem with my colleague

i started my job as a pre-school teacher just a few months ago,coz im working as a documentation office for 7yrs before.i really had a problem and a hard-time with this co-teacher of mine, among the teachers she's the only one who really doesn't like me. As a new teacher/employee i am adjusting and give all the best to show kindness to them. Her eyes is always on me, she really want to see mistakes from me and tell that i am wrong which i know i am right and doing it correctly. during lunchtime while eating she keeps on talking about the things she observed on me, and tell that this is the one i should do, and everything... and tell that she's only concern, (but i can feel it that its not true) she just want me to embarrassed to all the teachers in school. i am really upset to this situation, i don't know what to, i just keep silent because i don't want to have arguments with her since she is old and um just new in the school.

Hi leia...I too have experienced the same problem with my office colleague when I was still working a year ago. I think that is a common problem in the work place. There are always people who envy you even if you are not doing them anything bad. Anyway, just don't mind her. As much as you can avoid her but if you can't, just continue to treat her fairly. Also I suggest that you also include her in your prayers that she'll be enlightened. If she continues to be like that, that only means one thing, You are indeed in higher status than she is, and she only wants to be like you... Go on girl, keep your head up and don't be bothered by people who are like that.

It's not very unusual, you know. =) There's a lot of them out there. SOmeone (from work) who will really ruin your day. If you'd like to see it positively, try to win her, it won't be easy though. Or you could talk to her and ask her what really is her problem with you. =)
