Hi m_5ugar! Yes, I do keep in touch with my friends. We usually see each other once every week for a coffee or we dine out but as we got older and we all have families and most of my friends have migrated to other countries, we just email each other and we call on each other regularly. I believe that we shouldn't lose our contact or communication with them so as to nurture the friendship somehow. Thanks to the computer technology and mobile phones, communication is made easy. "Friendship needs nurturing to keep it alive." Just my thoughts. Take care and have a nice day!

Hi there. Yes we do keep intouch with a few real friends from back in the day, either by todays technology, email, txt messaging, and simple phone calls... A couple have even paid us a visit too, which is always nice, especially when we have'nt seen them for a long time...

Hi, i think we all cannot do without friends, i mean good friends and we have to keep up with them, or else our friendship may get affected, as normally , in order to maintain and keep up the relationship, we need to commnicate.
There are many ways and each person to their own personal preferences as to how and when they would best be able to communicate with their friends. Which ever way is best suitable to them to communicate.
There is the phone and mobile phones which are the fastest and best way to keep in touch, as its the closest to meeting a friend and communicating with them too. Then there are the e-mails, cards, faxes, normal hand written mails, which of course have taken a back seat now, but if we do take thm up, they add that personal touch too.
It all depends on which method you adopt and which method your friend takes up to in order to communicate. Of course friendship would also mean , not having to say anything at times, and the other friend should understand that ( as to why their friends not communicating etc ), as thats what true friendship, to be able to accept each other with all this. But as we are talking her about the best way to keep in touch, for me it would be the phones and mobiles, which i think are the easiest way, though the cheaper next best option is the e-mails.

Yes, I keep in touch with my friends via in person, phone, email, Myspace, instant messengers and letters and cards.
Myspace has really helped me get in touch with people I hadn't seen in years.
