Has anyone made money from Ameriplan?

Recently, I went to a seminar next to my complex. Two people arrived at the housing registration building to give information about starting a home business with Ameriplan. I'm not very sure about this homebased business. Is a multi-level marketing plan, and I do not like selling door-to-door. Has anyone made money from Ameriplan? Which is a better homebased business: MLM or No MLM?
