Hi, I hope someone can assist me. I want to know how to do basic troubleshooting for my computer. Like virus removal, how to find out how to get my old license from internet explorer so I can restore it, increase speed from my computer, solving application errors and removing softwares that are not needed. Another, I lost some of the features such as hibernation, auto shutdown. I had my unit worked on a few months back unfortunately, it was never the same plus I had to pay for expensive maintenance which I know I can do for myself so long someone teaches me how. Hopes someone out there can help. Thanks.
