It's Monday, first day of the week and I'm doing the laundry!!!
I am not at work since it is holiday today, in celebration of our National Heroes Day.
And since I want to at least accomplish something while at home,I decided to pick on laundry clothes and do mylot at the same time.
Do you have any schedule day doing your laundry? Is it Saturday? Sunday? or you do it whenever you have free time like I do.

No, we indians follow no such laundry schedule. Women do laundry works while husbands are out for work.

Laundry day is every day. :) Well every other day really. If I did it once a week we'd have nothing to wear half the time.

I tend to do washing just when I need it, I have a rotation of clothes that I wear at home so I wash one lot, wear the next lot, so I tend to hand was a little at a time and do the big washing whenever I think I have enough for a full load.

I'm a stay at home mom so I can do laundry whenever. With it being summertime I have to do laundry every day. We go through a lot of towels from swimming. I also have to wash my partner's clothes seperate. He's a spray painter and gets his clothes nasty with epoxy, zinc, paint, etc. If I let laundry go one day I get way behind, so skipping days isn't an option as far as I'm concerned.

I always try to make a set laundry day, but it never seems to happen. I usually just wait until i start running out of clothes to wear. My other half knows that if he needs work clothes washed, he needs to let me know so i can do them, otherwise i won't know he needs any washed. I'm not the one wearing them, lol.
I think once i have baby #2 i'll have to set days for it, or do a small load every day to keep ontop of it all. I seem to always push it to the limit at the moment, then have to wear daggy clothes around the house while im washing all my good clothes. haha. I should probably get a load done while i'm on here too...

I used to try and do my laundry on the weekends to try and save some money on the electric bill. But it's so hard to do it when kids are running around, and hubby is underfoot...er...I mean home. LOL So I just do it whenever I have time at home to myself. That way I can do it all in peace and quiet.

I do it daily while taking bath.I never get my clothes piled up in corner and do the laundry in a single day.Actually iam quite lazy to spend more time doing laundry once in a week and hence i find it very convenient to do my washing on daily basis.
I do this daily so that i can enjoy my weekend in other activities.

If I live alone (that means my mom is traveling somewhere), the laundry day would be Thursday and Sunday. But if she is around, then it would be whenever she feels like she needs to do it. I don't mind laudry days unless I am too tired from work.

Hi cefaz_21! I have our laundry done every Sunday, nothing really special about it. It is only because it has been the regular schedule date of our househelp to do laundry that day. But if she is not around, I will be doing it in any other day that I am free of my schedule. Take care and have a nice day!

I don't have a particular day to do laundry, I do laundry when I run out of clothes. My fiance uses the washing machine as the laundry hamper, and we are able to do a load as soon as it fills up. We do laundry about once a week.

I do most of my laundry on Monday, but since I change twice a week, I will also do it on Wednesday or Thursday. When the boys were home, I was doing it almost every day except on Sunday. I do not have that many clothes, so I cannot leave it to doing it once a week. However I am in a habit of changing my top twice a day, and I do have to look good, so I find sometimes I do the laundry more than twice a week, then I look for other stuff to throw in to make a bigger load.

I usually do my laundry (well, even if its just my undies and some shirts coz I usually pay someone to do all my laundry for me ^__^) during weekends. saturday morning usually. but when there's no work on monday the coming week (like this week bcoz of our national heroes day), I put it off until sunday morning. ^__^ I seldom wash clothes on evening coz I prefer it sun-dried.

its usually on weekends on our household, but my mother sometimes get irritated with us, that she let it done almost everyday. i think its a waste of water, labor and electricity if you do it everyday.

Im like you, usually do it when I have the time and the drive to do it. Unfortunately I have to load the baskets in my car, drive to the local laundromat, unload, wash, dry, load it back in my car and then unload it again when I get home and put it away......This is why I dont do it on any particular day! lol Even more agonizing about the whole process is that I have a nice empty spot where my dirty clothes sit in their baskets for a washer and a dryer...hahaha
