texting while driving

texting while driving is consider as an text addicting syndrome. How can we eliminate this kind of syndrome?

what idiots. as if talking on the phone isnt distracting and dangerous enough..now ppl are actually texting while driving?! morons. they should be heavily fined and have their phone confiscated..like you would a teen for doing something stupid..take an item away for a period of time.

We could probably eliminate it if we pass a law that would make it a criminal offense to text while driving. A lot of accidents happens because of it.
