Would you buy a house if you knew a lot of people were murdered in it?

Well would you? If you would know a serial killer lived in it and tormented and killed his victims in it? The price is cheaper for a house like that... Would you buy it and why/why not? I would not. I would be afraid of it. The negative energy would suffocate me.

It depends if the place or location is really good maybe i'll grab it. I just make sure to have the house be bless and do lots of feng-shui to wash away bad energy =D Or to make sure ill have to try to stay in the house for a week first if there are no ghost or bad spirits then i'll go for it.

Hmm - interesting question, and I'm not sure if I know the answer to it. My first reaction is yes - because I'm a pretty rational person, and don't believe in ghosts or evil spirits. However, I think the very thought of what had happened in that house would make me feel uneasy even though I would not believe anything was still there if that makes sense! I would have to think VERY carefully about it, and I would also probably take my cats there to have a look around first, because animals are much more aware of negative energy and strange feelings, and if they acted uneasily I would stay well away! Actually, in England, such houses are often knocked down these days. One of our most noted serial killers, named Fred West, killed and abused many young girls and chldren in his house in Gloucester, and the house was actually demolished and a "garden of peace" built there.

that really is good... that they demolished and built a garden there... it was after all a monument of horror, the house. even though you do not believe in ghost the thought of actions that happened in the house may haunt you. thanks

well no. lol. ive never seen a ghost myself. but you cant deny that there is a lot of unexplainable stuff that ppl witness throughout the world. and IF there really are ghosts and haunted houses..a house where a bunch of ppl were murdered would be VERY likely to be haunted. if nothing else i would probably always have an "uncomfortable/uneasy" feeling just by knowing that such horrible things happened there.

Hi there. No I wouldnt buy a house that had a killing take place in it, there would be no way Id want any part of that negative karma or bad vibe around my family or myself or anyone for that matter, I would'nt even think of renovating it into an office, let alone a creche for children, and knowing what happened in that house would make me continuously think how it happened and what the victim suffered and so on... No I wouldnt dear, cheap or not...

I would be rather wary, that is the serial killer had not been executing and if he was serving life in prison, whether he would escape and come there to his lair and started to torment me. I would also not want to live in it, because what if the serial killer had an admirer, someone who he talked to while awaiting execution, someone who he taught his methods to, and who decided to emulate him. So even though said serial killer has not been punished, what is to stop a recently released convict who shared his cell to go and kill. Also what if the serial killer had a son or a daughter to whom he taught his methods. Then I would open my door to a nice young lady who befriends me, but then when I am awake, I am tied to a chair and she is standing over me, with this evil grin and a set of surgical tools in her hand.

I wouldn't either, There would be too many unhappy spirits in the house.and if they weren't there, I could never forget that many people lost their lives in the house. That is why I wouldn't travel certain train routes in Europe because I wouldn't be able to forget that many were crated into trains and taken to the camps during WWII.

I would- but I'd have the house blessed first before I move in just in case there are any spirits in there. Nadine.

If it would buy Quaker course, should know that the house price is very high, but I did not dare to live, so if I, I would buy it then let others live, how kind, I was not very smart?
