I have used a few different types of kitty litters. And am interested what other people think and use?I first had the clumping kitty litter, that was a kind of clay stuff that clumped together, that was alright, but i found it would stick to the bottom of the tray and wouldn't wash off easily. I then tried a more natural kind, called copra something, and it was made up of copra meal, and was in pellet forms. That was ok, but i found it didn't take away the smell very well. I even tried mixing the above two, and that worked for a while. I've recently been using the top of the range, expensive sylicone crystals. They i guess are one of the best in terms of saving money, as you don't need to use as much and they are great with the smell. I didn't like how the catswould flick them out when covering their business... they'd get onto the floor and when stepped on with bare feet they hurt!I ran out of litter a couple of weeks ago and when i went to buy some more, they were all out of the crystals, so i bought the cheapest brand of litteri could get. $1.98 for 3.5kg! And that i have found has been the best for my two cats! It's lasted this entire time, today was the first time i tipped it out and changed it (with another bag of the same stuff) I have been scooping their poops out though. So what's your experience with litter?

We are using Arm and Hammer scoopable litter for multi-cats. I scoop it every day and it seems to be pretty good at odor control. I'm not sure what the price on it was though.
