Ever hear the saying, "Once a cheater, always a cheater"? So by that logic, would it be true to say, once a faithful person, always a faithful person? Do you see what I'm getting at?

I dont think someone being faithful or unfaithful is something that never can change. Life changes, and circumstances change all the time. These things influence our choices. Personally, I'll admit I cheated on my first husband. It was a horrible marriage, he was a very unpleasant man. I met the most amazing person while I was married to him, and yes, I was unfaithful. I ended up having an affair with this wonderful person. It made me realize I really couldn't spend my life with the man I was married to. We got divorced. I got remarried, to the wonderful man I had been seeing. Years later, we are happily married, and there is nothing in this world that would ever ever make me cheat on him. I love him. The circumstances of my first marriage were horrible, and I was unhappy. But that doesn't mean I would always cheat. It just means I went about things the wrong way, that particular time.
