My daughter loves to read

well i think you have to explained to her that there is always time for everything like reading and schooling, going to church,eating, playing or whatever...maybe she will understand

I think you should not stop to read for her but also encourage her to read gradually and when she picks up she wouldn't come to you except what she probably doesn't understand or difficult words. your daughter is definitely a good and serious girl and you should encourage her to continue. sometime you could read and ask her to also read the same material. it'll come to a time she wouldn't need you to read for her. Be a good mother to her as well. good luck.

It is always by any standard better to inculcate the habit of reading books, rather allowing them to mend themselves by watching tv or computer games.

Why not set aside certain times through the day that you can read together? How old is she? You can even use reading together as a reward for her helping you do chores, like if she helps you clean up after breakfast, you will read one book or if she's good to get ready for bed, you'll read a bedtime story. And you could enourage her to read herself by taking turns with reading a page. Maybe even use some sort of points system where she gets a point each time SHE reads a book or half a point when you take turns and when she gets enough points, you can take her to buy a new book.

I think this is good thing. rather than play website games or others, you know ,more children lovely games than anythigs, it is madness.all day play games. You can try bring your daughter tour.
