Well my job here at the school is almost over...2 more weeks and I will be out

of work again and job hunting...turns out I really like it here-- but unfortunately there are no job openings here-- very few schools are hiring right now since the state of New Jersey has a job freeze (supposively). I'm just afraid that I will get depressed again...since there are very little jobs to be had i can feel the anxiety building already.
I am asking all of you to say a prayer for me-- that I may find a decent job that a like in a relatively short period of time. Thanks everyone for all of your support so far - and keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

I'm sorry you can't stay there - but that's the thing with temp work - it is transient. I actually loved it when I did it, because you can learn so many new skills and meet new people, and I think it is a positive thing:-)) And, you know - I do have total faith in you to get another job VERY quickly. I don't know how it works in the States - but here in the UK, if you have completed a temporary assignment with good references, the Agency will do their very best to get you something else straightaway, because they know you are a good worker to keep on their books! So please don't get depressed - something will turn up, I'm sure! And besides - remember sadness puts more lines on your face than smiles - and you want to look your beautiful best for your anniversary trip in October:-))

It's not a bad depression just overall depression from the up and coming monthly visit (you know) that always makes me weepy and depressed- but when I got to thinking about it being my last week here next week I got all upset and depressed-- but thank you for the vote of confidence...I didn't get this job from an agency I was just fillign in for a friend- I will go to an agency next week to see about them placing me in something perm....and yes you are right- I must look my best for my anniversar trip... LOL thanks Rosie

Oh yes - I know that feeling well........... those as I get older it's more of a visit every 3 months that then lasts for about 3 weeks to make up for tings:-(( Oh the joy of being a woman!! Anyway - good luck at the Agency, and please let me know how it all goes.

Oh Mummy thanks so much- from your lips to Gods ears...I hate it when I get in these moods...of course it doesn't help that with all the resumes I sent out thay not one has called. But I am trying to look on the bright side of having some time off to atch up on some house work and maybe soem sleep too!!!

Oh Sweetie I hope you do find a job very soon it is such a shame that there is not a job there for you permanent
Do not get worked up already Sweet as it will take you longer to find one because you are to uptight

That stinks- I hope you find a job quickly- and it’s one that you enjoy- Job hunting is no fun! I hate looking for work- Hopefully something will come up for you in a school- There are always ways around Hiring Freezes. If not—then I hope you find something else you like
