Wii or playstation 3

Well, I got myself a Wii. And it's really great. If you have a big family, I'll bet you'll enjoy it more than PS3. Even my mum who never even played any videogame can' get enough of Tennis in Wii Sport. And my sister is even better than me in Bowling. Wii console is overflowing with games now. Metroid to be released this end of the month. Mario Galaxy is coming. Dragon Quest is you love RPG. And if you like FPS, the new gameplay style is very unique and interesting. When it comes to graphic, yes Wii isn't as good as PS3. The graphic is a bit better than PS2. But heck, fun is more important here. PS3 will have it era in 2-3 years to come. For PS3, you'll very much need a HDTV. If not, you'll get about the same graphic like PS2 and such. And the console is gunning for 1080p game. I guess one day I'll get a PS3. But that would be 3 years from now. I don't want to miss the fun of Wii-Fever.

Perferably, I would choose the Wii. They have lots of fun games out for it. I have about 10 games and I love every single one of them. I like the interactive point of the machine and right now they have released some awesome games.

Hi I just bought a Nintendo Wii recently and had lots of fun with the entire family on the interactive gameplay that Wii sports brings. The graphic does not suck, of course cannot compare to PS3, but the unique game play is second to none I've played before. PS3 is good to have, but due to its high price, I have to buy Wii first and wait for PS3 price to drop. I did not regret my purchase of Wii. i like to wii

buy the Wii its so much fun with friends. The graphics are not brilliant but the games make up for it. You can also buy other stuff to go with it, that add to the fun. PS3 is a waste of money

WII its cheaper and a lot of fun

i like both...i would like both, but can't afford it. the Wii is good for fun and family games that get you up and the PS3 has amazing graphics. like someone else said, if you like Role Play games and something realistic, the PS3 is good, but if you think other family members like teens or young children would like to join in and play then the Wii is a good way to go. or you just buy the one thats cheaper now and wait and buy the other one.

i have a wii and i love it, at times you are missing out because of the lack of rpg type games but there are alot of games for the wii that more than make up for it, and you can get set with a wii for 2 people and a 3 games for less than the price of the ps3 system and unless you have an HDTV you will need to get that to, for now id say wii or even a XBOX360
