When i was a teenager i hate to see any pimples in my face. it just makes me uneasy specially when someone always notices it. Now i don't get that much anymore only once in a blue moon. hehehe.. But you know what i do to get rid of annoying pimples. i try to get an early good night sleep cause nothing beats when you wake up fresh and healthy looking. they say that you'll usually get pimples from stress so a good rest is really a remedy for it. The next thing i do is always keep my face clean in the morning and i wash it before going to bed so all my pores are clean from any dirt and impurities. The last thing i do is that i like to get enough vitamins like d and e, just helps me maintain my skin looking young and healthy. Drink a lot of water and juices too cause it replenishes the liquid and cleanses our body. How about you what do you do to prevent and getting rid of nasty pimples?

You have the same experience to my sister, but pimples staying her face for a longer time ,about 4 years. she tried a lot of methods to get rid of them ,but she failed. at last ,my mom buyed some Chinese traditional medicine,it's hard to drink this medicine, because it tasted terrible.although,it's very efficient.she drinked almost half a year, now you cannot find any pimples in her face, though there are some marks of pimples.

Pimples are a very common problem for people the world over.Pimples can affect men or women and can strike at any age. They can appear without any warning and seem to break out at the most innopportune time.Adolescents are very prone to pimples, and many people spend their teen age years trying to prevent pimples.
Everyone has his or her own tried and tested remedies to prevent pimples. Some people swear that using plain soap and water is all that is need.Other say that a daily skin care regime is the best way to prevent pimples.
Hmmm let me tell you something not many people knowwhen you try to wash the oil off your wash using soap or any store brought what happends is it stucks up a lot of the natural oils out of your skin, and what happens when that occurs?Your sking goes into overtime trying to reblimish the lost oil and doubles the amount, your pores open up more to get more of the oil and air in so let me help you. What you need to do is get some lemon and squeez that sucker into tiny bit of honey.and mix that all together, put that into the area where you want treated and wait for 5 to 10 minutes and then wash off.The lemon works great as a toner and as we all knew toners are great for tighgtning the skin and even better for your pores to look smaller, the honey helps as an evener,it will even out the uneven skin tone and also sooths the skin. This teachniques destroys pimples and helps from comming up again,.And we must noit forget drinking a lot of water really helps a lot....

When I was a teen and more acne prone, I remember washing my face first thing in the morning and in the evening before bed. I also used an astringent on my face as I had very oily skin. I didn't have very many blemishes thank goodness, and I have few in adulthood. I have been diagnosed (just a few months ago) with Roscea...so I have some facial redness. My teens have always had very good luck with the washing/using astringent regimen too.

Water especially is good for our skin. Too much juice will give us too much sugar and increase our likelihood of pimples, but I doubt you are drinking THAT much. : )
Something I read in a health magazine and then looked on the computer to do research, was tea tree oil. So I thought I'd give it a try. You can find it in several places, but I bought mine in a health food store. The day I bought it I had an unexpected, large, and red pimple on my cheek. I put a dab of the oil on it before I went to bed, and when I woke up, the redness was gone, and it was half its original size! After 4 more nights of putting it on the blemish, it disappeared completely.

Have enough sleep, it is very important to the health, but also for the skin is also very important, best not picky eaters, eat more vegetables, vitamin supplements and keep the place clean.

I use Duac Gel once daily. I drink 8-12 glasses a day to flush away the toxins. I use Cetaphil facial wash which is mild, moisturising and hypoallergenic. I always put sunblock on my face, at least spf 15. I drink a fish oil supplement. I exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. I always remove make-up before I go to bed.

i really hate pimples in my face, so urgly and stubborn.i have got many ways to get rid of them, but it seems not that effective. but i do think that regular life really help. take exercises and enough rest, go to bed early at night, clean your face with usful cleaner and get enough nutrition. the rays of computer have very big impact to your face, everytime i face the screen too long, the pimples would come out.

To ged rid of pimples sleeping early is always at the number one top of the list. Next to that is cleansing. You can use whatever product that suits you but after cleasing I don't really advise to use astringents. They're so strong and can easily irritates us. Instead try to use moisturizers to keep our sken healthy and young looking. Next to that is eating a balance diet. Avoid salty and oily foods. Now you are ready to live a healthy and pimple free life

It is natural process which has its toll on faces of young people both boys and girls. There are so many creams available in the market and I do not know whether it really works. Only thing is one should not peel it off. One should restrain from eating fat and oily foods during this period of 1 or 2 years. Keep doing exercises, apply some vegetable juice like cucumber etc.

I had pimples in my teen but I remember, I had not followed good remedies because I was not aware of these remedies you mentioned. Proper rest is a must, proper cleansing regularly helps in preventing acne and drinking lots of fluids (water, juice) cleanse the system. I don't have scars though. It used to be quite embarassing.

when I was a teen I would scrub my face with hot water, this opened up the pores and allowed them to be cleaned out - then I would submerge my face into a bowl of ice water, this closed the pores back up to prevent any bacteria and such from getting in and affecting them. I had relatively few pimples erupt using this method and never a breakout. thankfully!
