Yeah, I can sing... I am a good singer, inside the bathroom and outside of it... I recently sang a song at my mom's birthday party, and everybody liked the song so much that they were pressing me to sing one more song, and ofcourse I had to pay heed to them... To sing well, u need to be in sync with the tunes, and ofcourse have a glass of water before u go singing in public...

Hi there!! I sing too! But I'm no great or superb singer.^_^ I'm with the choir in our church since I was in grade 3 and throughout the time I believe my singing ability improved, lol! I sing on school presentations-usually not alone (I hate singing alone, except in the shower, lol!) and the recent one was on our musical play (a duet with a friend... We sang Angel of Music from Phantom of the Opera!)... I guess you just have to practice and practice. Singing in the shower's a nice practice you know cuz you can hear your voice echoing in the room! Try practicing with an organ or piano and try to sing the different keys on a lower octave first and then go higher. You should also be a good listener too so you know if you get the tone wrong or right. It's also nice to sing along when you listen to music so that your vocal chords are exercised (excercised? lol!). Practice, practice!!^_^ Just sing and sing, practice and practice...^_^

Yes... but it depends what type of music. I can sing best choral genres. I am a Soprano 1 but I'm uncomfortable doing solos. Though people reassures me again and again that they find my solo performances okay but i get so nervous that i could barely hear the music and i am so afraid to miss my notes.. LOL. when it is with the choir, i am at ease and best deliver..hhehe... also i am not so good with contemporary music styles though i like to sing along with it...but dont have the guts to perform it... high notes are okay with me but i've got a problem with low ones:-( so broadway songs are what i can always relate to...

I love to sing and am very good at it. I prefer though to sing in the choir with the sopranos but I am versatile and can fit in anywhere. My choir director perfers me in the soprano though becos I have a very strong voice and whenever I am not a choir practice my phone is gooing to ring and I better be present the nextg week. If I was to chose between singing and my job I chose singing anytime becos I could make some good bucks with this voice of mine. Singing liberates me

yes, i can sing and i enjoy singing a lot. this is one of the things that i really like to do before. my friends sometimes calls me a "diva" hehehe.. just kidding but that's because i love singing and because of that i improve the quality of my voice. singing is a very good relaxation to me and it calms me, and sometimes when i feel lonely i just sing to myself. :) have a nice day!

The bathroom is probably one of the best places to practice, the accoustics are usually great there. Learn to use your diaphragm when you sing...project your voice when needed. Use your radio to sing along with...but also try using a tape recorder or your computer so you can hear yourself, or what you sound like to others. Our lives would be so dull without music and song. Just think about how many songs you know that have a memory associated with them...

A good way to become better at singing is just doing. I have been singing since I was about 3-4 years old and I have been blessed with a great voice, but with lack of confidence on the stage. The first thing for you to learn is how to sing. There are a lot of Breathing Techniques such as standing against a wall to make your body perfectly straight and singing. I know it sounds strange but posture can make a lot of difference in how well your voice carries. Also what I have done for many years is to hold a solid note for about 1 minute or so. This might be hard at first but once you have that down go one octave lower or higher then normal. Just like anything else practice makes perfect. These are just a few different tips to help you on your way.

Hallo jackxav,
Speaking about singing,..I LOVE IT! 8 month ago when i was a waitress at Madiun city, I rock the world of singing. When the sound operator do testing on the microphone, he always ask me do 1 or 2 sing test, in every karaoke rooms, (no ,.. it was me that follow him around) lol!
But i did good! very good, all my co workers said the same. i sing it in a clearly birdy voice, hahahah!
Not all song match with my voice, has to be girls singer, like Avriel Lavigne, Coco Lee, Leah Salonga (its your singer in your country, right?) i love her songs ; the journey. its my favorite.
Some of guest never forget to ask me to sing 1 or 2, that makes me got a big tips! then spread the tips among all waiters, that makes us all happy! oh, i miss my old times,.. that karaoke bar its close now, and now im working at a hotel at Bali island as internet operator, this job its, ok! i can meet all friends from all over the world thru myLot.
Have a happy day!

Yes i can sing and will sing as long as i can, i love it, i sing with my guitar, i sing love songs. But im not really a very good singer maybe just ordinary singer. I laso song in family gathering or occassionally whenever requested and i dont present my self as a singer, when they insisted i gave what they want i sing. It is not hard to learn a thing or learn to sing you must be determined to do it, practices makes perfect, so better practice more. One my friends knew how to sing but there comes a time that he is out of tune, but as time goes by he developed it and he sangs well now, because whenever we have time we sing and sing until we get tired and it pays.

I'm not saying that i'm a professional singer but yeah i do love singing. 'its my favorite past time, and i do perform at parties, weddings, and church choir... i just love music, and just couldn't imagine a world without it. About maintaining my voice, i don't know maybe you just have to sing a lot and you need time to rest, don't stay up late and vocalize!lol
i know you have it in you my friend, goodluck and just enjoy it and be happy always..c",)

I can sing, and apparently I have quite a good voice.
I love to sing, and have been in several musical theatres and performances.
To maintain a good voice, you have to limit the amount of milky drinks and other things that thicken your throat coating.
Vocal warmups are also vital.
