Who left their country for a vacation this summer?

I have never taken a vacation out of Canada. In fact, I don't do much travelling at all. I go for little trips usually only about 100 miles from home and the most time I stay is 2-3 days. Three years ago I went away for 3 months in the next province and enjoyed it so much, but that's the longest vacation I've ever had. I think I'm about due for another of those loooo...ng vacations, lol.

In India, the vacation starts during last week of March and will be over by 1st week of June. My neices and nephews had already been to Singapore to meet their aunt and uncle and now they are into schools. In a fortnight, they will have mid term examination.

School vacations here in Canada are the months of July and August. So school will be starting next week for most. They will have a 2 week break at Christmas in Dec. and another 2 week break in early Spring. Thank you for your comment.

I had never taken a vacation outside of Canada before this summer either. In Mid August my husband and I went to Cuba to celebrate our fifth anniversary. It was absolutely fabulous and a wonderful experience! :) If you get the chance to go abroad, please do.
