do you do cross-stitch at your spare time?

I like doing cross stitch very much. During our early marriage I used to do a lot of pictures. One of it is the picture of a mosque with beautiful scenery as the background. I took so long to finish one picture, but the result is worth it. After finishing it, I hang it on the wall in my living room. If I have time now, I would definitely do more cross stitch.

i like cross-stitch and i do enjoy it. however i cant do it half as often as i used to. it used to be that whenever i had a spare hour or more i would be doing the cross-stitch. now i cant do it for much longer than 1/2hr or so..my hands start to cramp up really bad. i have a small box of cross-stitches i want to do and still havent been able to start and some that i havent been able to finish too!

i do love cross-stitching, i learned it when i was still in elementary and have been doing it for many years but i stopped because of lack of time and lets face it sometimes its very tiring and time consuming...but now im loving it again and plan to create beautiful portraits for my personal collection and gifts to my friends.

I used to do a lot more cross stitch, before I learned how to crochet well. One Christmas, I did two really big projects for presents for my friends, and the following year I did a big project for my boss's Christmas present. I love seeing a picture emerge from the little bits of color, but sometimes those big projects just make me burn out for a while!

I have been doing cross stitch and crochet laces till sometime back. Nowadays I am not able to because my eyes are hurting me. Doc has asked me not to strain my eyes. So I left that hobby and caught hold of this new one, computers. Many of what i had done I had given it off, only some are with me.
