What do you think...is Britney guilty of abusing her children? I must say I'm very sad and disappointed in her. I was never a fan of her singing but from interviews I'd heard her give before she was even married I thought she'd be a good mom. I was "on her side" when there was so much gossip about her and K-Fed during their marriage and after the split. I even felt sorry for her during her meltdown and her head-shaving episode! What's gone wrong with this girl who had it made at such a young age? I really feel sorry for those poor little boys.

I think she has been abusing them, I don't know about physical....but the way she acts around them. I guess she was screaming obscenities to a photographer with her kids in the car. We saw her holding the baby that time without a car seat...she's just not careful. I honestly have wondered if she was doing these things publicly because she can't handle being a parent, but can't admit to it herself. So this way...KFed will just get custody and she never has to admit that she couldn't do it.

I feel so terrible for those two little boys! I never would've believed in a million years we'd all be saying K-Fed is the better parent either, so what are these kids' options? Britney, whose meltdown seems to be never-ending, a dad whose reputation isn't all that great either and while I know nothing about their paternal grandparents, Britney's parents haven't done so well themselves so it's doubtful they'd do much good as the boys' guardians. If I'm being unfair by saying that I'm sorry, but I love kids and I really feel awful for these two! Britney's young, but darn it I was alot younger than her when I became a mom and I took my responsibilities very seriously! I didn't have millions of dollars to get me through it either, or any nannies or maids.

Yes, she is abusing her children by being an inappropriate role model and endangering them by having them out of car seats and being more focused on her own needs. Beating a child physically isn't the only type of abuse. She really needs to sign custody to someone who will give them the attention they deserve while she gets her (#%(I#Y in a pile!!! If she continues to raise them, they are likely to grow up and behave just as she is behaving. Goodness knows we don't need more!

My feeling is that she is guilty of less overt abuse. I don't think she beats them or obviously mistreats them. I do think that it's not good for small children to be around someone who is so unstable. I have read reports of her giving them candy and sodas and already trying to get a doctor to whiten the older child's teeth, presumably because they're discolored from this diet. I consider that abuse. I fear for those poor children being around her and subject to her whims and spells. I don't know who said it first, but I wholeheartedly agree - - who would have ever thought that Federline would end up being the better parent?????

Britney Spears has long lost her status as a role model... it is so clear that she cannot handle being in the limelight (paparazzi)gracefully... i think her own parents are partly responsible for this since they gave the consent for her to enter the entertainment world... as for her kids.. i fell so sorry for them and i hope that Britney would think of their welfare and nor dwell on her own troubles...

same goes here with me, i think that her ind was really mixed up. y'know falling in love at a very young age, giving birth at an early stage...it looks she never enjoyed her youth that much and those poor little babies would suffer. she was perfectly not ready for everything, she thought only of fun stuffs and being with kev before. she'll end up hoping someday that her kids will understand her.

I think she is abusing her kids in the sense that she is only thinking about herself. She is not acting like a mother should or any sane mother would. I can understand that things can bring you down, they do bring me down too once in a while. But I do have 3 kids and I always put their well being before my own, and so should she.

It could just be rumors to though or gossip since she has had to go to rehab and everything people are going to run her down. I feel bad for her in a way. I mean I would never want to be a singer or a actress for the reason of people running famous people down.

Somehow I'd be surprised if she had physically done anything, just because there's so many other people actually raising the kids - nannies, bodyguards, etc. But I do think that it's neglectful to leave your kids with others all the time while you go out partying and just thinking about yourself. I never thought he was a model parent, but he does seem more realistic about what's involved with having kids.

I have never been a fan of Britney, but you can't avoid hearing all the gossip associated with her. I think she is out of control, and she just might end up losing custody of her boys. I, too, feel sorry for them. I don't know her reasons for getting pregnant so quickly after the first baby, but she should have waited. She is not stable enough to even be a mother. And the incident where she supposedly slapped her mother-that did it.

Yes i think she is guilty i have seen the pictures of her driving while holding the child. I dontn understand parents who do this most cars are equiped with air bags now and they have been known to kill children.
