Well he has been beaten recently on a hard court so it is possible. There are several who might be able to pull it off. Novak Djokovic beat him recently so he could do it again. Andy Roddick came close last year. Even Rafael Nadal could possibly do it. Someone not even expected could do it. Is it likely, probably not but one never knows.

I meant on hard court at the US Open. I know Nadal beats Federer most of the time on clay but the topic was the US Open which is a hard court.

I don't think so but some player now arise with new power and achievement such as american tennis player and we have to watch rafael nadal who ever beat him in France...
